Technique: Use Embossing Powder (Challenge #07) - Winners

Good evening.  I'm sorry to be a bit late with the results of our technique challenge #07 to use Embossing Powder.  The thumbnail display looked amazing with all the different metallic embossing powders used.  It was tough to pick the winners, but we did and this time instead of a Top 3 we have 4:

WINNERS
(in order of submission)

Great use of geometic shapes
along with a gorgeous metallic shine on the sentiment

Love the ombre colours, the numbers
and the fabulous embossed edges

Super neutral colours, love the filmstrip
and the silver chicken wire background is great

Love the spatter/graph background
and those metallic cogs are brilliant

Thanks so much for playing along - do pick up your badge from the sidebar (I know it says 3, but that's okay).  You still have some time to play along with the current challenge to use Numbers and/or Letters on your project.

Challenge #07 Use A Metallic Embossing Powder

Good morning and welcome to The Male Room.  Can you believe it's April 1st?  Nor can we, time is simply flying by!!  And it's April Fool's Day too - have fun!! Before we get to the new challenge, we'd like to thank everyone who applied to join the team, we are in the process of going through the applications and will let the successful applicants know as soon as possible.

Here at The Male Room we aim to provide inspiration when making projects for the men in our lives.  Old ones, young ones, awkward ones, funny ones; creating for guys can be difficult.  So we provide challenges to help with your projects - any papercrafts are welcome - cards, scrapbooks layouts, 3D projects or tags - just as long as it has a masculine feel and style.

For the next couple of weeks we have a technique challenge and would like you to create your masculine project using:

METALLIC EMBOSSING POWDER

Here are some of the ideas that the DT came up with to get you started - as if you need any help!!!
