Challenge #111 - Anything Goes, optional twist Origami

Hey! And welcome to a new challenge here at The Male Room.

We have a bit of a difficult twist to this new challenge - well it would be for me, but then you are all so clever maybe it's easy peasy for you! So because of this we've chosen Anything Goes as the main theme because we don't want any of you amazing crafters to be put off - and let's face it creating a masculine project is a BIG challenge anyway!

Well looks like our Guest Designer - Jane Willis - had no trouble including the twist in her project!  How awesome is her boat and I'm sure you need no prompts to work out the rhyme she has chosen for her card.

Do pop over to her incredible blog and check out all the other terrific inspiration there - HERE.

And of course the talented Male Room DT have created awesome inspiration for you too. They never disappoint!

You have until midnight (BST) on Tuesday 28th May to play along. That's 7.00pm EDT in the States.

We're really looking forward to seeing your wonderful masculine projects!

Challenge #110 - Add An Age

Hello crafty friends!

Time for a new challenge here at The Male Room. For the next fortnight we'd like you to Add An Age to your masculine projects.

It's entirely up to you whether the age takes centre stage, or is so subtle it's a bit of hunt to find it, or anywhere in between!

Check out our Guest Designer Asa's card and see what her choice has been.  If you love her style then be sure to check out her blog which is just bursting with wonderful inspiration - HERE.

Guest Designer - Åsa

Now Åsa is the queen of CAS, but here at The Male room we like to see all different styles and genres of masculine projects. Here's our talented DT's take on the theme:

You have until midnight (BST) on Tuesday 14th May to play along. That's 7.00pm EDT in the States.

Challenge #109 - Anything Goes, Optional Twist One Layer

Hello crafty friends!

Oh boy, just wait until you see the DT projects for our new challenge that's starting today - just incredible!  So we're looking for any type of masculine project for the next fortnight. And if card making is your choice perhaps you'd like to twist with us and give a one layer card a go.

Just a word of warning about one layer cards - bit of a misname in my opinion because it actually means just the base card with no layers at all!

We're really delighted to have Nisha a previous winner join us as our Guest Designer for this challenge. Do go visit her blog - HERE - you'll find bundles of inspiration for sure!

We're really looking forward to seeing your wonderful masculine projects!
