Winners Challenge #87 Little Boys

Before I get on to announcing the winners for our last challenge I just want to say thank you to all of you who added DT after your entries to the last two challenges. We were overwhelmed by the response and are currently in the process of inviting the successful ladies to the team. All will be revealed next Wednesday 4th July when our new challenge begins.

I also want to say a fond farewell to Chris and Shawna who have both stepped down to allow room for other exciting things in their life. It has been a pleasure to have you on the team and we all wish you huge success with whatever the future brings.

So on to the winners of #87 Little Boys.

We had an amazing response to this challenge and want to say an enormous thank you to each and every one of you who linked up a project.

How perfectly sweet! And very appropriate to have a 'pile up' of images - I seem to remember that always happened whenever my boys got together with friends!

Cake AND space in this interactive card - a sure winner with little boys!

We loved this awesome crocodile and all the shades of green. Such a fun way to say hello!

Has there ever been a little boy who hasn't dressed up or dreamed about being Superman? We loved the dimensional die cuts of the buildings and all their shining lit up windows too.

Challenge #88 - Inspired by a Film Title

Hi and welcome to a super new challenge here at The Male Room.

Before I tell you all about it - so exciting! But even more exciting is the number of you who put DT after your names in the last two challenge link ups. We're over the moon that so many of you would love to join our happy team and we're busy visiting your blogs and trying to make difficult decisions. We will reveal our choices soon, promise!

Now on to our new challenge - you're so going to love this!

For the next fortnight we'd like you to pretend you're at the cinema and be totally inspired by a film title for your masculine project.

Just wait till you see what our fabulous Guest Designer and Talented DT have come up with to help you on your way.

And added to the glamour of their projects you also get all the fun of the movies by trying to guess which film they've taken inspiration from! You'll need to click on their names and go visit their blogs to discover if you're correct.

We're delighted to have Carol from crafty-stamper joining us as a Guest Designer for this challenge. She's had so much fun with this theme that's she created two projects - one inspired by a vintage film and one by a more modern film.  Can you tell which is which?

Fabulous aren't they?! Do drop by her blog to discover the answer and take a few moments to scroll through her pages, you'll love what you see!

And now it's the turn of The Male Room's own DT to enthrall you with their projects. Have fun guessing and then pop by their blogs to see if you were correct.

 Faith

I don't think I've ever watched ten films in a row before - totally exhausted now! But I'm up for watching more, so get busy crafting with those films the men in your life love to watch as your starting point.

You have until midnight (BST) Tuesday 3rd July that's 7.00pm EDT in the States.

We're so looking forward to watching your films and have got our popcorn and nachos ready!

Challenge #87 - Little Boys & DT Call

Hiya all! And welcome to a brand new challenge here at The Male Room.

This fortnight we've got those little boys in mind and would like you to create a project that is either about the little fellas or would appeal to the little fellas.

Quite a lot of scope for your creativity within this theme. So will it be something for or about a baby boy? something for or about a toddler? something for or about a  pre-schooler? something for or about a schoolboy?

As long as it includes a little boy or something a little boy would enjoy then that's fine by us!

Oh and don't forget we've got a Design Team Call going on until the end of this new challenge.

Would you like join our talented DT? Well, all you need to do is make a project - card, scrapbook page, art journal page, tag, 3D item, canvas, atc or any other paper related project you can think of and then simply add DT after your name when you link it up below.

Want to know more about what's involved? Well, you will need to have a blog and we ask that you have the time to create a DT project that is suitable for a male and matches the challenge theme once a fortnight, leave comments on two assigned columns from the gallery and join in with choosing our winners by casting votes. You'll find us a friendly, supportive and well-organised bunch who like to create with the guys in mind.

Guest Designer - Ma-Mi

We have the wonderful Maja from Rilcek in Kljuncek joining us as our Guest Designer for this challenge. She has a really fabulous blog with a mixture of CAS cards, beautiful diary pages and an amazing use of colour and different techniques. So inspiring!

That crocodile reminds me of the Roald Dahl story, The Enormous Crocodile, a firm favourite with my boys when they were little.

And just wait till you see all the incredible projects from our DT !

You have until midnight (BST) Tuesday 19th June, that's 7.00pm EDT in the States.

Can't wait to see what ideas you all have!
