Challenge #42 - Technique

Morning! We're well into summer and over half-way through the holidays and it's time for our new challenge here at The Male Room - TMR#42. We have a really fun technique for you - use SHAVING FOAM to create backgrounds for your projects.

It's a simple, and messy, technique and one that is fun too. If you want to get your children involved, it's easy to learn. There are a few videos at the end of this post showing the technique. You can use reinkers, food colouring, acrylic paints, alcohol inks, anything with colour and make sure you get plain simple shaving foam to use. Just remember that your finished project must have a masculine feel.

Here are some examples from our design team:

You have plenty of time to join in the fun - deadline for submission is midnight Tuesday 30th August, that's 7.00pm EDT. Our linky is below the videos.

  3. Had a blast with this technique, so even though I'm not sure my card is masculine enough, I've hooked it up!
