Winners #121 Stay CAS

Hello!

It's time to announce the winners of our last challenge #121 Stay CAS.

How difficult it was to choose winners! There were so many superb examples of masculine CAS projects that we were really spoilt for choice. We're sending a huge well done and thank you to everyone who linked up.

Here is our winner:

How amazing is this card! We loved the contemporary vibes and striking use of stripes, dots and stars. And just look at all that glorious empty white space!

Congratulations Vicky!

Please contact Jane to find out about a Guest Design spot,

Here are our Honourable Mentions:
(in order of submission)

Such a detailed little scene but still CAS because of all the empty white space. We couldn't resist this fantastic Halloween card.

That sentiment melted our hearts and the colour choices and shading on the feathers are just perfect for a male and totally awesome.

Well what could be more masculine than that line up of shoes! Such a beautiful sentiment too, we loved it.

Congratulations everyone!

Please pick up a winners badge from the sidebar to display on your blogs.

And before I go here's a little reminder about our current challenge #122 Halloween.

We're loving all the spooktacular projects so far and looking forward to seeing even more scariness popping up in our gallery this coming week!

Challenge #122 - Halloween

Hello and welcome!

Oh we have the most fun theme for our new challenge - yes we've caved in and gone with the flow and would like to see your masculine Halloween projects. Easy then!

We have Tina joining us as our Guest Designer and her card is absolutely perfect and not at all scary! Who knew Halloween could be so cute?

Swooning over all that background ink blending and smiling at the humour of the greeting.

EEK! Bet you can't wait to see how The Male Room DT have spooked themselves. Promise they're not too terrifying, but you may need to hide behind the sofa if you don't like spiders!

Challenge #121 - Stay CAS

Hello and welcome!

Before I get on to telling you all about the fantastic new challenge here at The Male Room could I please ask you to kindly display our challenge badge as well as linking back to us on your blogs or instagram when you link up your projects. We've now updated the How To Play tab to include this request. Thank you so much!

So on to that new challenge This time we're sort of going in the opposite direction of our last challenge and we'd like you to stay CAS. So forget those embellishments and layers and added extra bits we usually like to see on your masculine projects.

CAS means clean and simple. So we're looking for clean crisp unfussy masculine projects that would be simple to reproduce. The thinking and planning of a CAS project can often take more time than the making.

Are you up for the challenge? Of course you are!

We're welcoming Sheryl as our Guest Designer for this challenge and she has created a fantastic masculine CAS card to inspire you.

Sheryl has used a simple colour scheme for her card - a great way into the CAS style if this is your first time at trying it.

And check out The Male Room DT projects for more fabulous examples to help you on your way.
